Beautiful stones found under the earth (can't remember what they're called). The people that worked on the cave back in the 20's (the "CCC") thought they found diamonds! Too bad for them, they were wrong - just pretty crystals not worth much.
I wasn't too excited to go on an hour and a half long walk through a cave so the plan was to have everyone else hold Shayna so it wouldn't be too bad for the pregnant lady. Well, Shayna didn't want her stroller for long or anyone else to hold her. Now my Back's aching. I must have pulled a muscle or something. Little stinker!

IT'S A...

GIRL!! We had the ultrasound this afternoon and it looks like Shayna will be getting a baby sister in about four months. I kept thinking it was a boy, but so much for my motherly instinct! I was really excited to hear that we're having another girl though. I envisioned Shayna having a little sister and I don't have to worry about getting anything new - wahoo! We're excited to see her little face and I'm praying for a GOOD baby this time ("Good" as in sleeps constantly - hehehe!).

Shayna and I got to go visit my family in Utah and Idaho for six weeks! We just got home yesterday afternoon. We had a great time. Shayna had so much fun with her Grandma Sharee, Grandma Natalie, Grandpa Larsen, Aunt Katie, Uncle Garrett, Uncle "D", Uncle Cade and Aunt Coley. Shayna got to go on a lot of walks to the park with Grandma Sharee and her dog Petey and had fun going outside with Aunt Katie to see all of the animals on Grandpa Larsen's "mini farm". She was able to name all of the animals by making the sounds they make. Grandma Natalie and Aunt Katie had a ball fixing Shayna's hair in cute curlers and pigtails just about every day we spent there. Thanks for such a great time everyone, I LOVE you all soooooooo much and can't wait to see you again.
